Messaging Terms

White Eagle Technologies sends transactional SMS related to service, repair, and installation of customer electronic items and outdoor power equipment. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. We only receive your contact information in connection with a service, repair, or install request (or a related quote for that work)—not from purchased lists or unrelated marketing opt-ins.

Consent

By providing your mobile number on a work order or service request, you consent to receive transactional SMS from White Eagle Technologies about that request (scheduling, status, pickup, install, and related quotes you requested). Consent is not required to obtain service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS. Reply HELP for help.

If you ask us not to contact you, we record that preference in our records. If you later submit a new work order and provide a mobile number for that order, you are giving new consent for transactional SMS about that new order only.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to cancel SMS. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@whiteeagleteck.com.

Opting out of SMS does not cancel an active work order. We may still need to reach you by other means for safety, payment, or completion of work you requested.
